Cancellation Policy
With a signed fit note from a Doctor 50%. Once the term started, no refund.
No refund for a trial class.

Covering a missed class
Future development: allowed to attend another class to cover a missed class. This is to be negotiated with the club staff in advance and not to be used whenever suitable but as a one off replacement only.

Discount
25% off from one month's classes/gymnast for introducing a new member who becomes a regular. Maximum 1 discount/month/gymnast fee.
